Below you will find all of the frequently asked questions that we receive from our customers.

How do I book?

You can book immediately via our Faceook page, by telephone, or by email or see our contact page.

Can you provide someone to monitor the equipment I have hired?

Yes, dependent on availability we can provide staff members to monitor hired equipment. This is charged at an additional cost of £25 per hour, per staff member required. Please note that some hire occasions require more than one staff member per castle (public events, etc).

How much notice should I give?

No notice is required however it is advisable to book as early as possible as we do get booked up (especially during summer time).

How much does it cost?

Our prices are flexible depending on the castle required and location. Please contact us for a quotation - we will aim to beat any other genuine quote that you have received.

Is there an age limit for using the bouncy castles?

Yes, most of our castles are only suitable for children aged 14 and under. However, we do have a range of adult bouncy castles that are suitable for all ages.

What's included in the price?

The price includes everything you require for a bouncy castle hire; delivery and setup of your chosen castle, drop off and pick up at your desired time, ground mat for getting on and off the castle, blower, ground pegs and public liability insurance. Please note that the standard hire price does NOT include a member of staff to monitor equipment you have hired. This is available but at an additional charge of £25 per hour, per staff member required.

How much public liability cover do you have?

We have £5 million coverage and are licensed to trade at both private and public events.

When are your castles available?

You can have a bouncy castle from us at any time, seven days a week.

Can I keep the castle over night?

Yes, however there is a small additional charge of £20.00.

If I hire a bouncy castle for just one day when is the latest you can pick it up?

Generally you can keep it until 6pm however under certain circumstances this can be changed.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

No, not in advance however on the day of your booking you may possibly be required to make a deposit against damage of our equipment to the value of £100. You will get this back immediately after your booking either on the same day or by post.

What if it rains?

All our equipment is waterproof. So the castles can be used if it rains. (please be aware that the front step will be slippery).

Are there any height restrictions?

Yes, however these vary depending on what castle you require. Please contact us for more information.

Can mixed age groups use the bouncy castle?

No, unfortunately different age groups cannot use our bouncy castles at the same time as this would void out public liability insurance.

Do I need to provide anything?

Yes, to form part of the hire agreement you may need to show us one form of photo ID which states your address (for example a driving license).

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, however please give us as much notice as possible. If no notice is given then a small cancellation fee will be incurred.
